American Pie star Seann William Scott has filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
The 47-year-old actor filed for dissolution of marriage from his wife and interior designer Olivia Korenberg in Los Angeles County Courts citing 'irreconcilable differences' according to The Blast.
The former couple share a three-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose Scott, and Scott is seeking joint legal and physical custody.
Per the terms of the couple's prenuptial agreement, the actor is expected to pay Korenberg spousal support.
The pair got married on Sept. 19, 2019, however, they kept the ceremony under wraps and news of the union didn't surface until later that month.

In Scott's divorce filing, it is stated that both he and Korenberg own 'miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects'.
In addition, the documents state money Scott made and saved before, during, after the marriage, and since the split belong solely to him.
The documents cite the prenup as to how assets and debts will be divided up. Assets and debts deemed to be community property will also be split up in accordance with the prenup.
The documents also refer to the prenup as to how attorneys' fees and expenses will be handled.
Their date of separation is listed as October 2, 2023.
Before the wedding, Scott told UsWeekly in 2019 that he had been 'dating somebody' but he declined to name the woman.
Scott said that his secret sweetheart was 'a great girl.'
He also mentioned that even though he's a 'pretty private' person, he's 'super happy' in the relationship.
