Actress and model Anna Falchi stuck by her vow to strip naked for photos if Lazio beat Roma in Friday's derby.

The Lazio fan spurred Simone Inzaghi’s side on by promising her 450,000 Instagram followers she would pose in the nude if they came out on top in the Serie A clash.

And her fans were delighted when she stuck by her pledge after Lazio won 3-0 thanks to Ciro Immobile's opener and a double from Luis Alberto.

After the win, Falchi updated her Instagram with a snap wearing nothing but a face mask in the colours of her beloved club.

“What am I willing to do if Lazio win the derby?" the 48-year-old had said ahead of the Stadio Olimpico clash, quoted by Corriere dello Sport.

“I’m ready to dress only with a mask and in the event that the social networks were to ban the image, I will wear a mask.

“Let's hope Lazio manage to win, it won't be easy.”

Falchi, born in Finland, started her career in modelling before making it on to the big screen in 1994 with fantasy movie The Dragon Ring.

She hit the headlines seven years later on satirical show Satyricon, taking off her red pants on stage for her acting colleague to smell.

The 48-year-old was playing Madonna on the Late Show with David Letterman, jokingly teasing actor Daniele Luttazzi for refusing to smell her pants.

She is now seen regularly on Instagram, sharing selfies and intimate snaps with the colours of Lazio.

The model had called on her side to show “anger” when they take on their derby rivals.

Falchi added: “We start on equal terms, we will miss [Joaquin] Correa, but Felipe Caicedo convinces me a lot.

“We are lagging behind in the standings, we want the third consecutive victory.

“This game is a different game, I hope to see the right anger on the pitch.

“I focus on Caicedo, on [Ciro] Immobile, [Sergej] Milinkovic and Luis Alberto, while for Roma I fear [Henrikh] Mkhitaryan.”

Lazio moved up to seventh place after the victory, while Roma remained in third.
