He then loudly snorts the mystery substance off the woman's thigh with her vagina on full show, before burying his face between her legs.
The video has started to do the rounds on social media with Chelsea Ferguson – a stripper banned from Snapchat for her explicit content – retweeting it to her 727,000 followers.
Chelsea is no stranger to Jeremy as the pair were snapped together back in 2014 getting up to all sorts of filth.
This year's CBB has exploded with the will-they-won't-they drama between Jeremy and ex Hollyoaks babe Stephanie Davis – despite her very public relationship with model Sam Reece.
While largely unknown prior to the show, Jez's popularity is now soaring after he dumped Steph, refusing to be "mugged off" by her player antics.
Back on launch night, viewers initially struggled to warm to him due to his bravado – confessing in his 'meet the housemates' video that he got into modelling to "be around good-looking women".

And pushed for his type, he's clearly not the fussy kind.
Jez added: "I'm like a kid in a candy shop, I might like a packet of crisps or I might like a sports drink, it depends."
Before entering the infamous fishbowl, he also said he'd be up for having sex on camera.
The Irishman said: "I'm a 25-year-old lad. I won't disrespect anybody but I'll do what I want to do.
"If I have sex, well, my dad has had to knock into a room where I've been at it, plenty of times. He's used to it."
Jez concluded: "What's normal to me is probably shocking to others but sex is a beautiful thing, man.
"I'm not going to get her in a wheelbarrow and take her out and do it in the garden. That would be weird."
