He lost the voluminous long-locks many years ago, now it looks as if Michael Bolton’s lost his shirt too.
The 60-year-old crooner was spotted out and about during his current visit to Italy – where he’s been performing.
With a baseball cap pulled backwards over his head, Michael looked tanned and healthy as he climbed aboard a lightweight boat accompanied towering pal and an Italian lifeguard on Tuesday.
And little wonder – the rugged singer had plenty of time to work on his tan while waiting for the boat to come and collect him from a nearby jetty.

As the sun beat down, Michael cut something of a reflective figure as he peeled off his blue polo-shirt and soaked up some rays.
A keen tweeter, the How Am I Supposed to Live Without You singer has been giving followers daily updates on his exploits with a string of photos.
Highlights include a jovial looking Michael with his big arms draped across the shoulders of two local journalists during a trip to coastal city Bari prior to a show on Sunday.

Michael has also been eager to give followers a taste of what he gets up to when he’s not thrilling fans with his back catalogue of nineties ballads by posting shots in which he is seen dining out in fancy restaurants.
‘My Italian friends are always so generous!! Food is always insanely delicious here – can’t stop!’ he tweeted over the weekend, along with a picture in which he is seen helping himself to a slice of watermelon.
Another picture shows the good natured singer standing in front of a wooden table laden with sumptuous treats.

Despite starting out as a recording artist in the mid-seventies with debut album Michael Bolotin – also his real name – Michael’s career really took off in 1989 with the release of sixth studio release Soul Provider.
