Revealing why she is hesitant to surgically-alter her looks, Michelle added: "I'm scared it would go wrong."
Despite her own personal reasons for not wanting to go under the knife, Keegan was quick to defend those that do go down the surgery route.
The defiant star reasoned: "It's their face and body, and it's annoying when people slam them for it. Let people live."
Michelle caused a fan frenzy this week when she launched her new summer collection with online retailer Very.
Marking the special occasion, the bombshell took to the runway for her debut fashion show.
Rivalling the professional models, Michelle flaunted her killer figure in a plunging polka dot dress.
Despite appearing to be cool, calm and collected on the runway, the Brit beauty suffered a near-wardrobe malfunction backstage of the show.
In a behind-the-scenes video, posted on her Michelle Keegan Instagram, the TV babe almost flashed fans as she struggled to hold up her strapless dress while in the makeup chair.
Captioning the funny moment for her 3.4 million followers, she wrote: "Boobs flying everywhere."
While Michelle's family and friends supported her at the fashion show, her husband, Mark Wright, 31, was noticeably absent.
The former TOWIE star was unable to travel to the event due to his work commitments as a showbiz reporter on TV show Extra in Los Angeles, California.
Speaking about the schedule conflict, Michelle told ITV's Lorraine: "I was gutted. I would have loved Mark to be at the fashion show, but he's in LA."
